The show was great her voice is beyond unbelievable! Union Station showed why they are one of the best Bluegrass bands in the world. The one thing I don't understand about them though is how do you come to Richmond on the James and not sing your song Richmond on the James?? As far as the Alliance Amphitheater goes, it's a beautiful setting and a beautiful looking facility till you have to go and sit in their seats that are almost flatly laid out so you can't see the stage with someone sitting in front of you. Terrible planning!

This show was a gem from start to finish. I have seen a lot of concerts over the years and was part of a touring act and this was exceptional. The sound, the songs, the musicianship, the singing, the staging, the vibe. This is as good as it gets, in my opinion. At 2 hours, perhaps some were disappointed that some old saws were not played but this group has such an extensive catalogue that something's going to be missed. And it started right on time. Really professional in every way. We loved it.

I received a Miracle Ticket (free) from my brother. I knew of Allison, but not much more than an old CD I have. Purity of voice and tightness of the all star band kept the night bright even through lightning flashes and rain delay. Stellar show and one that should not be missed. Thank you for a real good time.

Attended the October 15th concert at the Classic Theatre in Athens Georgia. Although not held in Houston Texas, nonetheless the concert featured Alison Krauss and her excellent backing musicians. Held in a 2,000 seat venue, the 90 minutes show was superb and nearly flawless. Her vocals as usual were exemplary and “angelic “ She is blessed with pitch perfect tones and smoothness. Her delivery is so pure and her vocal range is impeccable. She glides through the classics and originals with ease. She has a way with “spiritual “ gospel songs that comes from her heart. She is truly a national treasure and someone who if you’re given a chance, by all means please go see her in concert in a town near you. You won’t be disappointed. In my opinion, she is not only a talented performer but a genuine humble sweet person who makes you feel warm in your heart with her music and personality. Alison Krauss is the real deal ❤️

I went to see Alison at Foxwoods on 9/7 and her show was simply amazing. A little too much gospel for me but I stilled loved it. She played some of her favorites, hit all the notes and blew me away. No one was asking where was Willy Nelson. The last time I saw Alison was at the Ryan Center, she blew me away there too. I walked away from URI saying that was a lesson in Bluegrass. Alison Krauss is one of the best vocalists of our time. She put on an amazing performance, her voice is angelic. Her band is great, what more can I say, shes a national treasure!
